General:

I provide telelmarketing services to my clients.  You will recieve a set number of calls made based on the package you choose.  For example, if you choose 1000 calls, you will get 1000 placed calls.  A call will be any number dialed regardless of the result of said call.  All calls are recorded for the client and can be accessed at any time in the client reporting.

 

Law of the numbers, is the average results based on a long term period.  The numbers you get for your program may be better or worse than the average numbers. 

 

Leads are provided free for the use of purchased service.  For example, if you purchase 1000 calls, you are provided 1000 leads.

 

Set up of new programs will take between 24-72 hours M-F in most cases.  In all cases set up will be complete within 7 working days.

 

Privacy:

We respect your privacy, your information will not be shared or sold.

 

Refunds:

You may request a full refund at any time prior to work begining.  Once work has begun no refunds are granted.
