To Begin

I am very pleased that you have decided to come on board with our company! You will very quickly learn that our success as a company is directly related to your success as an independent representative, and that we are a team in every sense of the word!

To Begin please follow the directions in step one and two. We have a very simple screening and selection process.

Our Basic Requirements:

1: While your schedule is up to you as an Independent Agent, we require you work a minimum of 10 hours per week, to remain active.

2: You must have high speed Internet access (DSL, Cable or Sat) Dial up is not supported at this time.

3: You must speak and write English clearly.

4: You must read English at an acceptable level.

5: You must have basic computer experience. DPC Agents, must be able to send and receive email, Read and use Microsoft Excel or Open Office.

6: You must have a quiet environment in which to conduct your work, during your working times.

7: MOST IMPORTANTLY, you must have a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn!

Selection Process

The first step in the process is to provide us with some basic background information about you. This is very much like any application for employment you have filled out in the past.

Once you have filled out your application for consideration as a DPC Agent, you will be take to a website with a sample script. Please study the script to become comfortable. When ready you will be calling into a toll free number to record your script reading test.

If you meet the qualifications we are looking for, and your script test sounds good, you will receive an email/telephone call to schedule a live interview with one of our managers. This is the time for us to get to know you and you to get to know us better.

At the end of this personal interview, you will either be invited to join DPC, or we will explain any deficiencies and provide guidance to you as to how to correct them.

Once Selected

Once you have been selected as a DPC agent, its time to train and become certified into one or multiple DPC campaigns! Congratulations are due at this point!

The Training and Certification Process was developed to ensure that you are ready to be profitable on day one!

Step One: Orientation Conference Call

This 1 to 1.5 hour call will acquaint your with the DPC team, the why's and how's of what we do, your management team, and provide you a black and white road map to success!

Step Two: Self Directed Study and Test In

In this stage of your certification, you will be given access to our training web sites and training hand book. These are very valuable tools for you as a DPC Agent. These materials are broken into 3 main categories, there is a brief quiz following the completion of each section.

Step Three: Live Calls

At this point you are ready to jump and and get started! Good job! Your first 25 calls will be made with your team leader or training manager on the line with you! We are there to help you through your first call jitters!

Now it's Your Turn!

After your initial calls, you will discuss the calls with your trainer. If more training is needed you will continue to work one on one with our trainer. If you are ready, you will receive your certification and are ready to go forward as a professional DPC Agent.
